Life And Relationships
That’s what portrait photography is about. Whether you’re documenting an important life event, or simply want a special image, a portrait should be unique to you. At Bill Moore Photography we understand this and will use our talents to craft images that are both personal and relevant today and for years to come.
All of our images are made with professional lighting, creative posing, and adjusted to ensure accurate skin tone and color. We take great pride in our work and won’t stop until you are totally satisfied.
It Starts With A Consultation
Creating wonderful memories through photographs begins with the end-point in mind. We’ll consult with you before your session to make sure we understand the ideas you have for your photographs. We may even ask you to fill out a quick online questionnaire so we’re better prepared for your session. The consultation can be held in-person or on the phone and is included in the session price. This will help us make the best possible images for you.
Your Session
Your session will take place at the location we pick in your consultation and will last one to two hours depending on your selections. We can hold your session in our studio or on location depending on your needs. Just remember that sessions involving young children often require a bit of extra time.
We’ll book your session through our super-cool Client Portal. It provides a secure, customized page for your event, and a ton of convenience for you.
From your Portal you’ll be able to:
- View the details of your session, including the status of all of the products you have ordered.
- Edit important details about your session, including your contact information.
- Respond to questionnaires and send us email.
- Access, view, and print your contract and invoices.
- Make payments.
Proofing
About a week after your session, we’ll have you back to review your images and make selections. This usually takes between one to one and a half hours. This is when you will make selections, decide on sizes, and we’ll discuss options like wall collages. Please do not bring your children so you can devote your full attention to your images. If your spouse, partner, or significant other will be involved in making decisions, we ask that they be in attendance as well.
Prices
Our one-hour portrait sessions begin at $215. Your price will depend on your session length, location, and number of people involved. A 50% deposit (approximately $100) is required to book your session. The balance of the session price is due the day of your session.
The amount of your purchase is due at the time you place your order. On average, our clients spend between $1,500 – $2,500 on photography including their session.
